Today I want to share everything about my life as a highly sensitive person. I'm an HSP Extrovert which only makes up 30% of the 15-20% of HSP's in the world

I write about a lot of things, including but not limited to sobriety, highly sensitive nervous systems, personality typing (Myers-Briggs and Enneagram mostly), religion and spirituality, creativity, tarot, and relationships. I also write poetry & fiction. This blog is personal and will contain ideas, books, and thoughts that I find enlightening, helpful, and grounding for me as I traverse the world with a more highly tuned nervous system.
